Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Rexa VPN application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VRMN Tech ("we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Rexa VPN service.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

Under this license, you may NOT:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the App
• Reverse engineer, disassemble, or decompile the App
• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the App to third parties
• Use the App for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the App

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Rexa VPN only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to use the App:

• For any illegal activities or to violate any applicable laws
• To transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• To infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• To distribute spam, phishing content, or fraudulent material
• To harass, abuse, or harm other individuals
• To access unauthorized systems or networks
• For any activity that could damage our servers or network

Advertising

The free version of Rexa VPN is supported by advertisements. By using the App, you agree to view advertisements provided by our advertising partners, including Google AdMob.

We strive to ensure ads are appropriate and non-intrusive. Our advertising partners may collect anonymous data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party services that have their own terms and privacy policies:

• Google Play Services
• Google AdMob
• Firebase Analytics

By using our App, you also agree to be bound by the terms of these third-party services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

We do not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be free of defects or errors.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VRMN TECH AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your data
• Actions of third parties using our service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any) in the past 12 months.

Security & Your Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device
• All activities that occur through your use of the App
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
• Not sharing your premium subscription (if applicable) with others

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Illegal or harmful activities
• Abuse of the service or excessive usage affecting other users
• At our sole discretion for any other reason

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the appropriate courts.
